All our work is cut by hand with a jewelers saw. First we take our ideas to our designer, then decide on the final draft. Then we drill holes into the coin. We run our saw blade through the hole, clamp the coin and cut away all by hand! We do not use cutting machines of any kind.

This is a quarter that has been cut in half in such a way as to make a cowboy and son visible on each side and they interlock perfectly.

It's fun because when you wear them you have to be close to put the two sides together and it reminds you of each other when apart.
